THINGS TO BRING TO YOUR FLOAT

Everything you NEED will be provided including ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, q-tips, and a hair dryer. If there are things such as contact cases, brushes, comfortable clothing, or any other personal items feel free to bring them. 

         * We recommend you don't wear contacts in the tank because they could become a distraction and may become irritated if salt water gets in them.

HOW TO SHOW UP TO YOUR FLOAT

Feel free to come make up free and ready to shower. It is a requirement that you shower before and after your float.

WHO CAN FLOAT?

You may NOT float if you:

  • Have infectious skin or respiratory disorders

  • Have gotten a spray tan within the last 2 week

  • Have kidney disease

  • Have involuntary release of bodily fluids

  • Have a condition that is negatively affected by magnesium absorption

  • Have had chemotherapy/radiation in the last 30 days, unless doctor approved

  • Have open wounds or recent tattoos

  • Have freshly colored/permed hair. Wait at least 2 weeks to float.

  • Have uncontrolled epilepsy or serious mental conditions

  • Are diabetic, unless it is under medical control.

  • Are a high-risk pregnancy

  • Are under the influence of any drug or alcohol

  • Are currently menstrating

  • Are under 18 without parental presence and signed waiver.

  • Are under 16

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FLOAT

  • We recommend you don't shave or wax the same day as your float as it may burn due to the salt

  • Avoid caffeine or other stimulants that my interfere with relaxation

  • Eat something light before your float (you don't want to be hungry or bloated while floating)

  • Remove your contacts

*EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER VERIFYING THE UNDERSTANDING OF ALL FLOATING REQUIREMENTS.

In order to sign the waiver you must be 18 or older or a parent/guardian is required.
